Cartiology

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Cartiology collects, why, and what your rights are. Short version: we collect what we need to run the site, the newsletter, the community and the services, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

  • Forms: name, email, and the details you submit in inquiry, booking or contact forms
  • Newsletter: your email address and open or click statistics from our email tool
  • Analytics: usage data via Google Analytics 4 and advertising pixels such as the Meta pixel
  • Services: business and identity documents you provide for setups, handled confidentially

Why we collect it

To respond to inquiries, deliver purchased services, send the newsletter you asked for, improve the site, and measure marketing. Where required, we process data on the basis of your consent or the performance of a contract with you.

Third parties

Data is shared only with processors needed to operate: hosting, email delivery, booking and CRM tools, analytics providers, and, for setup services, the institutions you ask us to apply to on your behalf. Community activity happens on Telegram under Telegram's own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the site keeps working without them.

Retention and security

Form and service data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted. Identity documents provided for setups are deleted after the engagement closes unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email crew@cartiology.com and we will handle it within 30 days.
