Cartiology

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cartiology website, community spaces and services. By using the site, joining the community or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cartiology.

The community

Community access is currently free. You agree not to spam, harass other members, resell or republish community content, or use the community to promote anything illegal or deceptive. We may remove any member at our discretion to protect the room.

Services

Setup services are delivered as described on the Services page and in your order confirmation. Scope, pricing and timelines are agreed before work begins. You agree to provide accurate and complete information; inaccurate information about your business model is the most common cause of failed applications and voids any delivery guarantee.

No guarantee of approval

Approval decisions are made by third parties: payment processors, banks, platforms and government registries. We prepare and submit applications professionally, and we re-route declined applications as described in our Refund Policy, but we cannot and do not guarantee any third-party approval.

Not professional advice

Content and services are educational and operational. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Where regulated work is required, it is performed by licensed partners. Confirm regulated decisions with a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

The Cartiology name, site content and materials are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape or republish them without written permission, except for short quotes with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartiology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party decisions such as account bans, payout holds or declined applications. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
